He fixed my dryer quickly and gave me helpful tips for how to make it perform its best going forward. Excellent service, from the first phone call, to being handed my receipt. Thank you! I hope I won't need their services again too soon, but when I do, I will definitely be calling Woodland Hills Appliance.

SQUEEKY NOISE FROM DRYER... I have a Whirlpool Duet w/Steam Dryer. It recently started making a very loud squeaking noise. I'm not surprised, being that the machine is about 15 years old. This is the first problem I've ever had with the machine. I contacted Woodland Hills Appliance Repair on a Friday evening, for an inspection and repair cost quote. They scheduled an appointment for the next day, with no additional fee for coming out on a weekend. The service technician was Greg (Grigor). He called me 30 minutes prior to arrival, just to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, and was very polite. He inspected my machine, and gave me a no-obligation quote. I agreed on the price, and the repair was done within an hour. The squeak is gone, the machine was vacuumed clean of all the built up dust inside, and he showed me the old damaged parts. Very fair price. Quick response. Clean and polite. I would recommend Woodland Hills Appliance Repair, and request Greg as my service tech. A+++

Alex is a straight shooter..no baloney. He was prompt in getting to us. After looking over the fridge he noticed two problems causing the ice maker to leak and cause our kitchen floor to get wet. He fixed the broken line in the back where the water goes into to fridge and fixed the problem inside the ice maker also. Problem solved. No gimmicks. We felt like we were taken care of honestly. We will keep him as our guy.

Called these guys last week for a broken Kenmore dryer. They came on a Sunday, on time and fixed it quickly. I paid a little extra for next-day Sunday service, which was fine and agreed upon. The tech was professional and courteous. I'll be using these folks again.

I appreciated Alex's help today fixing our fridge. He initially suspected the fridge had a small leak, and he would have to install a valve in our closed system fridge to pump in more freon. However, he decided to vacuum our suspension coils first to see if that would fix the problem. It seemed to work so we're going to give it a day before seeing if anything more needs to be done. I appreciated Alex's honesty and highly recommend him.
