Very unfortunate to having to leave a 1 star review. I have a few units installed and spend well over 8k a year or so ago. One unit decide to stop cooling where we run a business from.Cooper Forbes to come out have a look and was adversed to call Hisense to check out the unit. Hisense sent out a technician and have adversed us that its an installation error after testing.Cooper tries to rectify the issue however time has not aligned with us due to short notice on the day. He states he will reimburse the amount to get it re-gased and fixed with the hisense technician but weeks and weeks there has been very little to no communication, and no funds has been received and hasn't taken it seriously, just avoidance behaviour.When there is no communication or funds going forwards, this will be lodged to QCAT for minor claims. Reporting to NSW building commission, QBCC, Complaints to Brighte after pay for dispute on installation error. Social media reviews and community awareness in Gold Coast areas.Due to lack of consideration, we have to operate without proper airflow. Full reports and evidence will be provided to relevant portals on Monday 22nd of June.I do not recommend CJF Electrical Contractors due to lack of integrity, communication, honesty and accountability as a Tradesman.Unresolved issue after the 21st of June i will attach full conversation for full transparency.

Cooper installed Fox-ESS batteries and a 3 phase inverter. Due to Hebel walls he couldn’t put the normally canopy on the external wall and went above and beyond to find a suitable solution to protect the system from the weather. All I can say is top tier service and I’d absolutely trust Cooper to come back again for any solar work I needed. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job!

Highly recommend CJF! We had CJF electrical out to install 3 bedroom aircons. Coop was great to deal with.
