Called and requested a quote for install of a washing machine box into wall, converted from a tub set up in the garage. (See Pics) He was quick with the quote. He explained that this may be a difficult job because of the age of the house (1950s) and that plumbing was older. I understood. He did have an initial quote of $800, but after taking off the tub and peaking in the drywall he stated we needed a vent for the drain (and connect it to the kitchen vent) which would bring it up to code. Unfortunately, the new quote was more than double the initial quote - $1800... Quite steep when taking into account the prior quote... I accepted as he had already done some work taking off the tub. It took them 3 days, a few hours each day. Antonio (owner) was only there a few times and the other two were the main one's doing the work. They had to go under the crawl space which was of course on the other side of the house (sorry) and also said they were able to tighten up a loose fitting drain under the house (thanks). From what I see and they shared, they replaced some of the galvanized steel drain with PVC and transitioned the galvanized steel water supply to PEX. Everything appears to be working well and he honored the 10% off first time customer discount so it was $1650 OTD.

Antonio is freiendly and good customer service ..however its a bad experience he opened up my crawl space and did not cover it back properly ..I just feel when you touch someone's property you should leave it the way you found it...My foudation was covered now its not..he said to cover with gravel rocks which means when it rains water will go under house.which also means meldew and mold and dust mites.. Not good!

I hired Antonio because of all the great reviews. Maybe I just got him at a bad time, but he didn't seem to want to do the work. This was a simple snake out of a stoppage in the sewer line. I have used Happy Rooter in the past and they've done a great job at very reasonable prices but I decided to try someone else this time. Antonio's price of $49 was way below the only other price I got of $185 for this job so this made me happy and cautious. He came out, looked at the location of the pipe and told me it was the City's responsibility. I explained that even though I live in the City, the County deals with the sewer and that I had called them first, they had come out and told me it was on my side of the fence so it was my responsibility. I knew this from prior experiences, but always call them first in case the problem is on their side. I explained this but Antonio did not believe me, he was so sure it had to be their problem and was worried about getting in trouble for fixing something he shouldn't have. He called the County and left (asking me for gas money), they sent someone out who verified what the first guy had said so I called Antonio and told him I would like him to come fix it. When he came the next day he still was not convinced he should be doing it. He snaked it out but said there is still something blocking the line and I will have to get it fixed, did not offer to do that and again, didn't seem interested in doing the work at all. I paid him the $49 just happy to have the situation eased at least, but I will not use him again. On a side note, I think the way any repairman treats his tools says a lot about him. When he got here Antonio's extension cord was so knotted up it took both of us to make is usable.

Wonderful service at a very reasonable price. Had a backup sink called on Monday morning they agreed to be at our house around 1 PM showed up right on time saw the problem and had it taken care of right away. If you're looking for an honest quality plumber with reasonable price you can not find better choice.
