We had a great experience with Guardian Security. Erica did an excellent job walking us through our options and clearly explaining what would best meet our needs. She recommended a two-phase installation process to help us achieve the best overall result, which we really appreciated.When installation day came, Trace and his team arrived. They were slightly delayed due to another job running longer than expected, but they communicated this and made up for it by staying late to complete the entire installation in one day.Overall, we’ve been very satisfied with the service and the team’s commitment to getting the job done right.

Recently Guardian performed our annual fire alarm testing for us which was a smooth and quick process as usual. After the testing was complete, we discovered that a technician had unintentionally contributed to a building access issue that led to some extra expenses to resolve. When this was brought to their attention, Sage Borlo quickly addressed the incident report and escalate it to Mindy Bennett who issued a credit for the expenses we accrued due to the mistake. This was resolved in a single day, the fastest a company has ever resolved an expense incident with another vendor since I've done this type of work.Top tier service - Thanks again Sage and Mindy! :)

Fantastic communication and product knowledge from the Sales Consultant to the Onsite Installers. They were punctual, polite and professional. Guardian absolutely nailed the 8 camera security system for our client and I would highly recommend them to anyone whether commercial, homeowner or general contractor!

Of course we had an alarm go off right before 5pm, after several calls and transfers, I was connected with Ryan who walked me through the steps to silence the alarm. Unfortunately, they didn't work. We agreed to let the alarm continue to beep and I would contact Guardian in the morning to have someone come out. Ryan did ask for a picture of the message on the fire panel, which we provided. Imagine my surprise when not more than 5 minutes later, the phone rings and it's Ryan advising he did a little research on the code we provided and that it was okay to reset the alarm. Ryan I truly believe went above and beyond, so appreciate this level of service especially after 5pm. Great Job Ryan! The alarm was silenced and life is good.
