These guys are wonderful, and consistently do a great job with any repair work I need! Not only do they perform quality work, but they also print out a copy of repair jobs and prices so I can see right away how much everything costs- I've never been to an auto shop that has ever done that. I feel that I can really trust them, and they always follow up with me to see how everything is going with my car after each visit. Highly recommend.

My partner and I have been going here for years. We have brought many cars there and told our family members about this place. For me, I have extremely bad car anxiety and I have also been screwed over by previous auto shops. This place DOES NOT DO THAT. Their confidence check reports are extensive and informative and because of this I am able to see problems because they provide images and reports for parts that severely need work or to be replaced and will also inform about things that might eventually need work. They categorize the importance by color and severity. This makes me feel good to have a visual. They have never pushed parts or work on us. I have never felt taken advantage of. The gentlemen there have always been kind and respectful. I plan to continue taking our cars here. Hopefully management and the crew don’t change drastically.Another huge bonus is that you can pay for a membership to get points towards discounts!! This has also been extremely helpful financially for us.Definitely check them out!!!

I needed an inspection in order to get my car registered, and these folks were not only kind - they explained everything in a way that I could understand. Which is saying something! I’d recommend them to people who know what’s happening under the hood, and those who don’t.

I was looking for a new maintenance facility because I was tired of the long drive to the dealership and what I consider high prices and decided to try Spectra Auto Services. I was not disappointed!They provide timely service, cost estimates, repair timelines, and the quality of their customer service is top-notch. Their communication with me is clear. Aside from the excellent quality of their service, they have an after hours drop off and pickup system that I have not seen anywhere else. My work does not always allow me to be available during normal business hours and Spectra's system means I can go at anytime after hours to drop or pickup my vehicles.Their pricing is good and the quality and integrity of their work is wonderful. I highly recommend Spectra Auto Services!

The staff at Spectra were excellent. They were professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I waited for an oil change and the office area was very clean. This was the first time I had used their services and I will continue to do so.
