Enjoyed our visit with our grandchild. Only suggestion would be to empty the bin in the toilet more frequently as it was overflowing. Also ? Hand sanitizers? Obviously only so adults can access.

Didn’t quite deserve 5 stars, unfortunately, as the sensory room had been trashed by older kids when we arrived, so we had to ask staff to clean it. It was really frustrating because older children have so many areas to play in, but babies only have this one space. This is the main reason I booked here for my 5-month-old.Even after the older kids were asked to leave and the room was tidied, more older children came back in and trashed it again. The worst part was that their parents were with them and didn’t clean up or stop it.
