Our daughter has been a student at Just Dance for a very long time. She is 18.5 years old now and the dance school bas been very accommodating to enable her to continue now that she’s left school and entered adulthood with full time work. Dance is so important to our daughter who is still continuing with her RAD ballet exams with Just Dance. Just Dance isn’t just a school, it’s a community. Jo is like a second Mum to all the children and I have always felt our daughter was in safe hands, especially when traveling. Travel is where Just Dance excel and our daughter has been part of some great worldwide trips.Let’s not forget how fantastic the other teachers are and Shirley. Where do we even start with Shirley. She’s the dance school Nanny and everyone loves her, and I absolutely adore her.Of all the years our daughter has danced with Just Dance, I’ve never had one single issue. Our daughter has been extremely happy, grown in confidence and become part of a beautiful friendship group. Most of the dancers our daughters age are off at uni now and they all come back for classes when they can.At Just Dance you become a part of the school for life.Thanks to Jo, Shirley and all the great teachers for everything you do for the school. It never goes unnoticed xxxx

Our girls have really benefitted from Just Dance Orkney. Since their arrival, they have settled in well and have enjoyed the wide array of classes, which they now attend regularly. Jo has been great at encouraging and supporting their love of dance, and presented opportunities to be involved in achieving nationally recognised qualifications with RAD, and chances to engage in local performances, as well as national competitions and events. A lovely, welcoming school with lovely, welcoming teachers!

Very nurturing and understanding. The lessons are set out so anyone at any ability can join at any time. The staff are amazing with the little ones. Very approachable school. Parents can sit and watch or leave and come back. My child always enjoys her classes and hasn’t stopped dancing every day since!

What can I say about Just Dance and the principle Jo and teacher Tara amazing does not do the school or teachers skills justice. 7 year old does 4 classes a week and they have helped her so much to settle in to Orkney having only been here since October 2023! The skills she is learning in dance and seeing her Improve not only in her dance but in concentration and discipline is fantastic. Highly recommend this dance school!

My daughter loves her classes with Just Dance. There is such a variety of dance styles and they are really good at letting the kids try different things before committing to a block. The classes are both challenging and fun. And Jo and Tara are brilliant!

My daughter has been coming for nearly 3 years and loves it. As well as the yearly showcase at the theatre there also opportunities to take exams and perform at local events such as the County Show. There is a wide range of classes available to suit all tastes and abilities.

Our family are incredible grateful for Just Dance. My girls look forward to dance each week and are very proud to come home and show me what they have learned. They enjoy dance but are also learning an appreciation for putting in the effort to learn and grow. I am especially grateful for how all of the staff go out of their way to include my daughter with her wheels. She is treated with so much thoughtful kindness and is included. It means the world to her and she is so proud to tell people she goes to dance. It is an important part of her world view of herself and that she belongs, just like everyone else.
