Paul did a thorough inspection and assessment (on roof), unlike other contractors who gave bids. He clearly explained what was in good shape and what wasn’t. The scope of work was: take chimney down below roof line and patch hole, and add another layer of roofing on detached 2 car garage.

Paul is a real professional and I'm lucky I gave him a call. When I purchased my house, there were some shingles that were called out in the inspection report. He made a diagnosis from the pictures and did the fix quickly and for not a lot of money. I asked him to take a look at the rest of the roof and he noticed a ridge vent that was not properly installed. He gave me a quote and advised me to find the original roofing company to see if they'll honor their warranty. Turns out, I found the original paperwork and the other company fixed the roof for free, so he saved me a bundle.He's an honest businessman who should definitely be picked to bid on your project. He's also friendly and will explain the exact details of your project until you understand them.

I got bids from 4 contractors to remove the chimney below the roof line and add another layer of shingles to the garage. Paul, the owner, was the only one who went up on the roofs. After doing a thorough inspection, he explained why parts were in good condition and why, and gave detailed explanations of areas of concern. .His crew was obviously well trained and easy to work with. The bill was exactly what the bid was. I recommended him to my neighbor, who had him do roof and remove his chimney. He told me he was very satisfied with the work he did also.
