CrossFit Kendall is hands down the best gym in the area. The coaching staff is top-tier—knowledgeable, motivating, and professional.What truly blew me away, though, was their character. They actually stepped out to help me change a flat tire in the parking lot! It’s rare to find a place that combines expert fitness with that level of genuine kindness. If you want a gym that treats you like family, this is it.

This gym is amazing! My bestfriend was getting married and wanted to do a crossfit class, we heard of this gym through word of mouth of their competitions, so we signed up for a drop in, and Dario and the coaches were amazing, and so were all the members in the class.. we felt so welcomed and the class was very organized and ran like one of the best crossfit boxes I’ve been at and one of the most spacious as well.Such a bummer its not closer to me, but highly recommend.

Great owners, staff, and welcoming community. CF Kendall is clean, organized, and large. I had the great opportunity to visit and complete 25.1 as a drop-in to this box. The organization, coaching, warmup, and class management were spot on and well done. If you are considering CrossFit or visiting the area, this is your place!

The amount of classes they have throughout the day is great for my crazy schedule, you'd have very little excuses as to why you can't make it. The coaches are welcoming and easy to approach for questions about the work outs. They're vigilant about your form to keep you safe, and the community here is friendly and encouraging. I've been a part of this gym for 5 years and i don't see myself leaving.

Crossfit Kendall is by far the best place to workout. I can't go to a conventional gym anymore, those places just don't have the same atmosphere to them. The coaching staff is awesome and supportive. Everyone there makes you want to get into a gear you didn't know you had.

This box has changed my life. I had just moved from NYC and went looking for a Box experience similar to what I felt in NYC. I found Crossfit Kendall on Classpass and loved it so much, I immediately signed up for a membership. The coaches and program are incredible. They work to meet your fitness level but still push you. The Nutritional Coaching is also next level and realistic. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fitness challenge.

I traveled in from out-of-town and dropped-in for various sessions over the course of my weeklong stay. Everyone, from the members, coaches, and owners, Dario & Paul, were all very welcoming. The gym, equipment, atmosphere, instruction, and programming were great in addition to the various time options for classes in both the AM & PM. Awesome gym and highly recommend them!
