Went to Smiles Of Austin for my first consultation, Doctor Brunson was amazing and made me feel comfortable. He walked me through every step of the process while listening to all my concerns. Brayden was very helpful with taking notes, scheduling my next appointment and even explaining some of the financial options. Upon entering the office I was greeted with warm smiles & good morning vibes! I'm excited and looking forward to completing my ortho treatment with Smiles Of Austin, and all of all their staff!!

After straightening out my 3 kids, Dr. Franklin (aka: “Dr. Evil” 😆) got me, too. As fantastic as he is, he’s only as good as his staff, all of whom are tenured experts like the amazing Courtney and Kelly (hey gals, I’ll send bank routing numbers soon…). I’ve always said that behind every great doctor is a crappy office…NOT so with Dr. Franklin who has somehow bottled lightening! Congrats to him and they who got me through it quickly (and out of their hair!). Much appreciated!!
