These scammers used to be known as Powersmart Solutions, and they have changed their name to avoid paying people they owe money to. I had to sue them to get payment that was 6 months overdue. They sell cheap products at high prices. I've been in this industry for 14 years. This used to be a reputable company, but not anymore. Look elsewhere if you want solar or batteries

Solar installed fine, just a shame we were lied to by the sales person. Costly lesson to learn. Told the system was monitored but it never was, dropped out a few times leaving us with extra power bills on top of the cost of solar.Now they want to install a battery for me, I provided a power bill showing the dropping out, tell them of the lies at purchasing our solar and………… ghosted. They just don’t care and don’t want to know.So now everyone can know.

I had a very positive experience with the installation team. Peter demonstrated excellent communication by calling the day before the installation and keeping me informed when there was a delay from the originally scheduled arrival time.Peter, Jono, and Brendan did a fantastic job from start to finish. Peter even suggested a better positioning for some of the panels to maximise efficiency, which I really appreciated. Jono clearly explained how the system works and made sure I understood everything before they left.Brendan, the young apprentice, worked very hard and followed instructions carefully. As an apprentice myself, I can see that he is receiving good training and support from the team, and I’m sure he will do very well in the trade.The panels look great, and the battery has already started showing good results—reaching 25% charge within an hour of being turned on. That’s very encouraging.I can confidently recommend this team and the company. In fact, my neighbour has already shown interest after seeing the installation and has asked me about the company. Looking forward to seeing how the system performs over time.

Install was quick I’ll give em that, but my inverter was left on and the smart meter upgrade took 2 months to be done. Energy anustralia informed me that the inverter should have stayed off until the meter was installed and then switched on afterwards.After some investigation with energy Australia and going through usage rates, during the time after the solar was installed and the inverter was left on whilst the solar was off / inactive, before the smart meter was installed my usages were as high as 60kw a day. Before hand it was always under 10, and after the smart meter was installed it’s been under 10. My bills before hand were between $350-$400 a quarter.Due to this mistake I have a $1,292 energy bill and I have energy Australia threatening to shut off my power if I continue to delay / extend the bill each month.I contacted Bright who said they’d make contact with the installer being Brightlec, it’s been 2 months since then and no one’s contacted me, Iv been trying to call Brightlec reception and get no answer.I only hope they see this review and try to make things right. I got solar to pay less or not nothing at all, not 6x the cost
