But not with this one!My attorney was Clay Hernandez, and I can't speak highly enough of him. In our very first phone conversation, I knew right away he truly cared. He was not in a rush, he didn't speak harshly to me, and he really listened and asked me all the important questions.My case grew more complicated, but Clay and his team stuck with me all the way through. In the end, they brought my case to a very successful conclusion with a win. I am free at last and so happy! I would not choose any other firm if I had it to do it over again. It's your choice now.If you want additional details about my case:I was an Interstate Compact case on 15 years parole/probation. My case was in Arizona and I was able to go back to California. Clay helped me with my petition for early release (Termination) of my parole.I had already done nine years of parole when I hired Clay Hernandez. I just couldn't do it anymore. Shortly after hiring him, like within a month or two, CDC&R violated me on a bogus claim of missing an SOT class I HAD ALREADY COMPLETED! I was only awaiting my documentation of course completion. This put me a total of three violations over a nine year parole.This forced me to make the difficult decision to postpone my case for an entire year, which I would need in order to be eligible again for a recommendation from CDC&R for early release.This proved a valuable test of Clay and his law firm. I was so afraid they were going to charge me for this delay. I was very happy when they did NOT do this!There were many other problems along the way that required more time and effort on their part. Once again, I feel they did the correct and honorable thing by not adding more fees and time charges, etc. They stuck to our originally agreed upon terms.I am so grateful and appreciative for their proof of high ethical standards.
