I am so thankful I found Florida Wildlife Solutions. Cody was very prompt and extremely professional. Even though it’s bat season and they are very busy, he still came out the very next day to give us our free quote on bat exclusion. They fit us into their schedule quickly, and we are now bat free at a very great price. Thank you, so much Cody!!

Highly recommend Florida Wildlife Solutions! If you’ve talked to Cody, look no further — he’s the best in Central Florida.Cody personally took ownership of my attic wildlife issue and identified and sealed 11 potential roof entry points — far more than had been identified by a competitor. His attention to detail immediately gave me confidence that the problem was being addressed thoroughly. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and attentive. His approach is systematic and no-nonsense: he explains exactly what needs to be done, prices it fairly, and gets it done right. No overselling, no overpromising, and no unnecessary services. What really sets Cody apart is his expertise and personal attention. He genuinely cares about solving the problem and seeing it through. If you’re dealing with a wildlife issue and want someone you can trust to do the job right, call Cody. You’ll be glad you did.

We had an issue with rats entering our attic via the rear A/C line. We reached out to Florida Wildlife Solutions and were immediately put into contact with Cody, who offered to come out to our house for a same day assessment as he was in the area. He was able to locate three possible entry points, and put together a game plan where he would seal the three entryways while setting up traps in the attic for the remaining rats. After we received an estimate for the work, which was very reasonable, we approved it and were immediately put on the schedule for Sunday morning, three days after the assessment. Cody arrived Sunday and immediately sealed the entry points and placed traps in the attic. Over the next week and change, Cody kept in constant communication with us, and stopped by multiple times to check the progress. He was always prompt and courteous, and was very patient with the entire process, ensuring all rats were removed before proceeding with the sanitizing of the attic. I highly recommend Cody and Florida Wildlife Solutions if you ever have a critter problem on your property.

We had Cody come to our house after a raccoon fell out of our attic! He identified 15 different openings where wildlife could enter our attic. He trapped the raccoon, as well as 2 rats! Who knew? He sealed all the openings, clean and sanitized our attic once he was convinced everything was caught. I am so very thankful we found Cody! If you are in need, do not hesitate to call him. You won’t be disappointed!

Many months ago Cody came to my residence due to a sound I was hearing every early morning during and evenings. He drove all the way out to Deltona, FL and inspected the exterior of my residence. He did not charge me for checking if there were any entry point for wildlife , he did it and free. Not only that, but he explained to me signs that one would notice to let you know they’ve entered. Although there were no animals thanks fully, Cody was thorough and made sure my home was safe. I would refer Florida Wildlife Solutions to others

Cody and Tyler sealed the entire ground perimeter of our house to prevent the continuous digging of various animals into our crawlspace, and then they trapped inside the crawlspace until none were still residing within. They were very easy to work with, prompt, and efficient for the size of the job, and we’re super relieved to have this done right! Highly recommended

Really great service from this company. Great response time, arrived when they said they would, very clear assessment of the issue we had with Squirrels and what grey could do to help get them out of our roof. Price was very competitive and again these guys showed up on time, kept us fully informed and completed the work. Would definitely recommend them.
