I was so nervous about the procedure but was comforted from the minute I walked in. Entire process was explained, who was going to fetch me and take me to the surgery, timing, expected sensations etc. A lovely bag with my meda (eye drops), letter explaining what to do, not to do, my next appointment, which included chocolates, was a lovely touch. Highly recommended. Thina is the best. Friendly, efficient and professional.
