I have Mr. Jacob coming to my house to check my HVAC unit that was not working properly and he did one amazing job of checking the entire system and unclog the drain pipe, so far they are the best I have had so far in 30 year of dealing with AC company.

They are GREAT! Cody and his team are the only ones we trust to work on our HVAC systems at our rental property and our home! Everyone on this team including front office staff are amazing! They are quick to respond, sweet, they take their time to make sure they do quality work, they communicate very well with pictures and videos to help us understand. Keep up the great work and thank you for all you do!!

We lost the complete HVAC system. My wife was home alone and was on pins and needles to deal with anybody on her own.ENTER; SAMUEL & SONS.These guys were absolutely the epitome of professional. They came out on the first day to diagnose. Let's face it, the system was state of the art in 1975. 😆We decided to go a complete new system. (Here is to hoping for another 50 years)Their crew was there on time and ready to work. And work they did, they had to knock out old concrete from the previous shotty job. They completed the install in a very timely manner and even came back to install a digital thermostat at the request of my wife. Again, a perfect install and a HAPPY WIFE 😁. I highly recommend these guys. A great bunch of people to work with.Thank you Samuel & Sons for the perfect job.

Thank you Brandon for getting are ac fixed excellent customer service

Every step of the assessment was explained. The tech used his phone to literally zoom in on tiny/tight spaces, and videoed the problem he found to show to me. Guess they don't use mirrors anymore - jeez, I'm old! Thorough work was done to repair the problem, and he also checked the overall health of the A/C to abate any future issues.

My senior citizen mom needed a new ac and heater system installed last week. Her original quote from another company seemed really high. I got a recommendation from a coworker who son in law works in HVAC. He recommended Samuel & Sons Heating & Air and I was able to schedule a same day quote.Cody gave my mom an estimate and emailed me the quote since I am out of state. The quote was very reasonable and my mom approved the quote the same day.Cody and his team was able to install the new AC and heater system on the next available business day.I just spoke to my mom and she mentioned the install team did a great job and were very courteous and professional throughout the installation. This is important to me since I am out of state and leery of some companies that try to scam senior citizens. Overall the installation was very successful and Cody mentioned he needed to follow up for a heater part that needed to be ordered in a few weeks. I am sure this will be handled in the same professional and courteous manner.I highly recommend this HVAC company for anyone local to Kemper. I rather support a local company.Too bad Samuel & Sons are not located in Northern California. I would hire them in a second ....

Jacob and Johnathan fixed my friends A/C unit while under extreme warning while my friends went on vaction. I felt the heat blow down while I was standing under attic ladder and my first thought was, "im not going up there" I have A-fib and that heat would have made me pass-out! They were dry when they got here, looked like they had been in a sauna after a full body workout afterwards. Very professional, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing, also they answered all my questions. They did a fine job under grueling hot conditions! Good Job!

I can’t express in words how grateful we are for Samuel & Sons with their services and prices were very reasonable.Mrs Daugherty
