Good experience. Courteous, good communication. Patient as we did not recognize the name crystal duct, we were looking for E E Wine. Caused a lot of confusion we thought spam, scam, etc. When you call for service they should let you know. Kevin quickly lets us know the change and said oil furnace cleaning so we were at ease. In today’s world. You can never be too careful

We are happy with Crystal Clean Duct Service, which required climbing to the rooftop where one duct was located. The guys did a thorough cleaning. Thank you.

Overall a great experience. Justin replaced the exterior cover and bird cage with a much more robust metal system. It also looks better than the old system. A dryer duct adaptor was installed on the inside, allowing a much easier connection from the hose to the vent pipe in the wall. Lastly, the vent was cleaned.I appreciate the thoroughness when the estimate was given, and the quality work done at the time of service.

2 technicians cleaned dryer ducts. They brought excellent equipment , were well trained and did a detailed and excellent job. Both very professional and friendly young men. Thank you for an outstanding duct cleaning job. Our dryer feels like new.

Customer service was very easy, quick, and communicative. My technician Dylan was great and removed a lot of dust from my ducts. He was professional, kind, and took care to not damage my floors (newly sanded and refinished).
