The team did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. They scraped the wall beside my dryer while getting to the vent. I hadn't checked the laundry room before the crew left, which was my fault. Mike Wise, President of Crystal Clean Duct Service LLC, personally reached out to me last Sunday after reading my initial review. Mike agreed to refund part of the dryer vent cleaning cost. I was having other work done in my home, and the contractor was able to repaint that part that was scuffed up. I appreciate the personal and professional way Mike reacted and responded to my needs. I will be using Crystal Clean for future air duct and/or dryer vent cleaning needs!

Duct cleaning service as well as dryer vent cleaning was provided as scheduled. The guys were knowledgeable, skilled and thorough. They were on time, shown where everything was and went to work right away. I was impressed with their procedures and attention to detail.
