We were told a million different numbers throughout the process in terms of closing costs and expenses, and it felt like we were a tad deceived on the houses we could look for. Between my realtor and broker, they definitely tried to steer us toward more expensive houses. They had a lot more talks between themselves while keeping us out of the loop as well. But hey, at least we got a house finally.

This company is simply amazing, i got to them thru my realty agent, being a first time home buyer the whole group of agents from nextgen literally hold my hand though the entire process, Mike and Don, from pre approval until closing, even after signing they still touched based with me!
