I HIGHLY recommend Sage for creating your website and CRM system. She is patient and listens to what YOU want. She doesn't push you into buying things you do need she truly gives you what you are looking for. After I told her what I wanted for a website it ended up being something even better than I expected. We’ve been using KeyLead Engine at National Tuxedo Rentals and it’s become a big part of how we run the business. The email marketing and automated follow-ups save us a ton of time and having all of our leads organized in the pipelines makes it easy to keep track of where everyone is in the process. I also like being able to see how the customers interact with our website through the tracking features. The AI chat feature has been the biggest help for answering customer questions when we’re busy. Overall it’s a great CRM that’s helped us stay more organized and efficient.
