I use this for all my agents and coaching clients. The workflows make it easy to set up my text and bulk emails. I especially love the social planner to schedule out an entire 30 days of content across all my platforms at once. I definitely recommend this platform to all real estate agents and brokers.

I’ve been using KeyLead Engine as my real estate CRM, and I really like having so many of my marketing tools in one place. It helps me stay organized with my leads and follow up with clients, but what I especially appreciate is the marketing side.I can create and send emails, post content to my social media, create blog content, and even make QR codes for my marketing materials. Having these tools together makes it much easier to keep my real estate business visible without having to jump between a bunch of different platforms. For me, the biggest benefit is the convenience and the ability to keep my CRM and marketing activities connected. It has made it easier to stay consistent with my marketing and keep in touch with prospects and clients.I would recommend KeyLead Engine to real estate professionals who want a CRM that does more than just manage contacts and want marketing tools built into the same system.

I HIGHLY recommend Sage for creating your website and CRM system. She is patient and listens to what YOU want. She doesn't push you into buying things you do need she truly gives you what you are looking for. After I told her what I wanted for a website it ended up being something even better than I expected. She also has a quick turnaround which I thought was incredible. Contact her and give her a listen you will not be disappointed!!

We’ve been using KeyLead Engine at National Tuxedo Rentals and it’s become a big part of how we run the business. The email marketing and automated follow-ups save us a ton of time and having all of our leads organized in the pipelines makes it easy to keep track of where everyone is in the process. I also like being able to see how the customers interact with our website through the tracking features. The AI chat feature has been the biggest help for answering customer questions when we’re busy. Overall it’s a great CRM that’s helped us stay more organized and efficient.
