Lukas arrived exactly at start of time allotment. That NEVER happens with me, so great beginning! Very friendly guy who did a stellar job at servicing my tankless water heater and checking all faucets, etc. Even tested the tap water and my water filters. Our HVAC system was over 30 years old and finally died. Hana Hou replaced the entire system, relocated up to the attic, and replaced the ducting. They worked long days up in the sweltering attic and got everything done quickly. Excellent service. Excellent work. Will absolutely use them again.

I took advantage of a camera inspection for maintenance purposes which led to a hydrojet cleaning. My tech (Lucas) kept me informed and showed me pics to verify. I was also constantly notified via text! Communication was excellent. Hana Hou will remain in my contacts!

Our upstairs A/C unit stopped working. Gus was very thorough and explained how it broke and showed me pictures. A few weeks ago our home fire/carbon monoxide alarm went off in the middle of the night. It turns out the Vent was leaking carbon monoxide!! We had all our ductwork replaced upstairs and the team did a fabulous job!! Stephen is Very polite and professional! He explained everything to us and now all the upstairs rooms are cooling properly!! I highly recommend Hana Hou!!!

What a great experience all the way around. The scheduling and responsiveness for getting someone out was amazing.Our technician, Ben F. was fantastic, super personable and knowledgable. He walked us through what he was doing every step of the way, explained the issues and how this affected our A/C unit. Ben then took us through our options for getting the A/C up and running again (great price for the amount of time and quality of his work). Great experience with Hana Hou AC Heat Plumbing Electrical and Benji!Our 15+ years-old AC suddenly stopped cooling. Benji came on time and did a thorough inspection to find the problem. He replaced the old broken part, cleaned out a clogged pipe to get our old AC working again instead of pushing us the replace the whole system. He also did the annual AC tune up, electrical and plumbing safety check for my home.I really appreciated that Benji took the time to find a practical solution and save the existing unit.
