I pull a 40’ mini float trailer that I purchased about 3 hours from where I live. Needing it serviced close to home, I brought it to Thib’s Trailers. They have always helped and fit me in in a timely manner. Very polite guys, all of them. From service to sales. Recently purchased a 2026 GMC dually and have a problem with my trailer gain. They fit me in and tried to figure out the problem. Come to find out I needed a certain part from Hydrastar to fix the gain situation. I ordered the part and made another appointment to bring in trailer. The guy’s hadn’t heard of having to put this part on my trailer. So I sent them some info on it and a few of the guys watched a couple videos on it. I have to say their attitude was awesome and my gain was fixed. I recommend these guys for any trailer needs. And if they don’t know something they will figure it out. Sorry for the long review.

Highly recommend for horse trailer repairs. I took my trailer to another company whose "repairs" made my trailer unusable. The people at Thib's did a great job of repairing my trailer. They communicated everything with me and everyone that I worked with there was friendly and helpful. I am only going there for all my future trailer service.

I run a hot shot business, I am not a local . I came in off the road with an axle on fire bearings gone .. Kobe did not hesitate to help me out I did come in right before closing so they let me leave my trailer over night and first thing in the morning they started working on my trailer .. life savers Thank you so much for helping me out… the Bald guy was cool and was very helpful as well thank you again thib’s yall the best and the price was super reasonable!!!!

We were sent here from another RV dealer late in the day as our RV had an issue on the way back to our home state of Idaho. I had a very good experience with my tralier pickup day. I had to custom order mine due to specific options I added and had to wait a while as expected. Ben in customer service was very helpful with all aspects of this transaction. Thanks Ben! My trailer was an enclosed cargo unit with all aluminum construction that was under 950 pounds down the road empty. Very nice construction.

Late last year I stopped in on a Saturday with a very weird trailer brake issue on a 40' gooseneck.The people here were as kind as could be and were will to even hook up their truck to the trailer to see if we could re-create the issue with a different truck.The fix ended up being a wire on the trailer that we fixed. They refused to take any money for the advice and being so awesome so bought the baddest trailer brake controller they had as a thanks!10/10 business.

Great service. I broke an axle on I10 and they were the only place I could find that could custom build my axle. They also were very fast, under an hour , and I was back on the road. Just want to say thanks from one business owner to another.

I had broke a safety chain on my dads 16 ft trailer by pulling it with a lifted truck with a big 8 inch drop down hitch. Also none of the lights worked, wiring was all screwed up also, they replaced both safety chains with longer more beefy chains and beefy hooks, fixed all the wiring issues. They also put LED lights all around like I asked them to. I was expecting a pretty big bill, all that work and new parts only cost me like $130 😳 I will continue to use Thibs trailers, I was very impressed with the work, parts, and especially customer service, these guys are awesome!!!

The guys here are beyond exceptional when it came to customer service. Well we can only speak for Daniel and Ben because they were the only ones there and that helped us. We couldn't find anyone else to help with our hitch on our motorhome. These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond and we cant thank them enough for working after closing to take care of us.
