After several major hailstorms in May, my roof succumbed to the buffeting of hail, tree limbs, and heavy winds. Between the age of the roof and the storms, I didn’t have the best insurance policy. I tried to no avail to get my roof repaired, although it really needed to be replaced (on two separate occasions). One day, a sales guy approached me from Classic Roofing & Solar and assured me that their company specialized in working with my insurance company and asked if it was okay for them to inspect my roof the following day. The inspectors came out the next day, and they were personable, yet professional. They went the extra mile in thoroughly examining the damage to my roof and determined that my roof needed to be replaced. They called my insurance company immediately to begin the process of getting the field adjusters out to do an inspection. They came back to that inspection to point out the damage to the roof (they had to do this independently, because I was on nurse duty with my mother). The insurance company fought me, but Classic Roofing & Solar fought harder to get my roof bought. In the end, they won! I just had my roof replaced yesterday, and I’m in love with the exterior of my home. The beautiful charcoal grey contrasts nicely with my brick colors and my home looks updated and polished.
