I’ve been a lifter and athlete for over 15 years and I’ve had my share of injuries and recoveries. The most recent injury I had was a bit unique for me. It was not a “normal” muscle or bone injury. My primary care doctor couldn’t figure it out and I even ended up going to the ER for pain which did not help at all. It wasn’t until I came here and met with Dr. Natasha that I started my recovery journey. I worked with her and Dr. Susie and they were both incredibly knowledgeable and able to figure out and explain the issues to me. It ended up being a combination of muscle and nerve issues.Over the course of several weeks i have been getting better and feeling relief that no one else could provide. I would recommend Athletic Edge to any athlete looking for relief and recovery from an injury or pain. I know if I have any future injuries I will be coming back here.

Athletic Edge Physical Therapy helped me get back to soccer confidently after ACL surgery. The rehab was extremely personalized, athlete-focused, and pushed me to feel stronger and more confident returning to cutting, sprinting, and playing again. Dr. Susie worked with me to reduce neck pain due to tightness and mild arthritis. She was very methodical and explained the theory and practicality of different exercises that made sense to me. My pain level dropped from a 4-6/10 to a 1-3/10 over the course of twenty visits and I can now ride my bike with just mild discomfort and occasionally nearly no discomfort. I would highly recommend Susie for anyone struggling with pain.
