I found Athletic Edge, and decided to give them a shot based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews and their specialization in sports injuries.Dr. Susie has been great throughout the entire process; taking time to assess my injury, develop a custom program, and carefully monitor progress along the way.I'm now back at the gym and able to do lifts that I was previously unable to do with the shoulder injury.Highly recommend!

I feel so grateful to have found Natasha when I did! For the first time ever I feel hopeful about my endometriosis management. After being tossed from doctor to doctor for years trying to find help to no avail, I finally feel heard, like I don't have to suffer alone, and that relief is possible. Natasha is extremely knowledgable (not just about pelvic floor—she helped a lot with a recent shoulder injury too!), kind, intelligent, thoughtful, and a joy to be around. I've had half a dozen sessions with Natasha, working on both my shoulder and my achilles. Both are getting better thanks to everything Natasha does: deep massage, acupuncture, a solid (but controlled) workout, and a weekly email of targeted exercises. She's always focused (without being pushy), positive (without being peppy), and smart (while still being personable). If I could figure out how to add a sixth star, I would.
