From day one, Cali was incredible—she not only helped relieve my pain but also pinpointed the root cause and taught me exercises that made the recovery process so much more manageable.For the past 8 months, I’ve also been working with Natasha, and I can’t say enough great things. While I’m no longer dealing with major injuries, she’s helped me feel stronger, move better, and maintain an overall sense of well-being.The entire team at Athletic Edge is exceptional—this is a facility full of knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated physical therapists. I’ve even sent my dad and boyfriend for sessions, and both left feeling significantly better.If you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or just want to move through life feeling your best, you’ll be in great hands here. As a runner, I was searching for a sports physical therapist who can help with my ongoing shin splints / posterior tibialis especially whenever I’m training for a half marathon. As a runner, I was searching for a sports physical therapist who can help with my ongoing shin splints / posterior tibialis especially whenever I’m training for a half marathon. I’ve never seen a physical therapist and was desperate to get help since my half was about 5 weeks away. I just did a google search, found them and before making the initial consultation I viewed their IG and was convinced to take a shot. So… Dr. Natasha is amazing! She’s easygoing, personable, present and down to earth. In fact her entire team are which is a total plus. I was already on the right track with including strength sessions but they weren’t intentional so she was able to create personalized exercises tailored to my needs. I’ve learned so much and enjoyed every session. Overall, I was able to complete my half without any pain and recovery post race was easy. This was my 3rd half and this time I was left with a positive outcome because Athletic Edge are amazing. I am in totally shock. At times because of scheduling conflicts I had to see her other team members and they’re great too. I normally do not leave feedback like this or even this detailed but I feel Athletic Edge is worth it. Less

I've been working through my chronic back pain with Greg for the past couple months and my experience has been exceptional. Greg spent the first session working with me to understand specifically where and what my pain triggers were and has gotten me onto a much better path to hopefully being pain free. I really appreciate the attention to detail Greg has as I make progress. I really like the app they use to help me track my exercises and workouts that he assigns and appreciate the demo videos they have for each exercise if I need to re check my form.If you are looking for physical therapy Athletic Edge is the best in San Diego. Absolutely so thankful for Natasha’s support through my pregnancy. I saw her in my second trimester and in my third trimester. She not only helped my back pain, but truly made my husband and I feel so prepared for labor. Natasha and the entire team at Athletic Edge are absolutely incredible. I have been dealing with an on and off shoulder injury for years, and without long term solutions. Natasha is the first therapist who I am confident will set me up for long term success. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and understand how my pain was impacting my day to day life as well as my ability to participate in CrossFit. She set me up with a long term plan to prevent my injury from recurring as well as short term solutions to get my pain under control.Natasha takes the time to get to know here clients injuries as well as hobbies and interests to make sure you can get back to all the activities that are important to you. I am 4 weeks into the 10-week program, and the back/sciatic nerve pain has almost completely subsided, and the calf muscle is well on its way to getting back it's full strength.Natasha is exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable. She has also been flexible to make minor adjustments to the PT workouts along the way based on my progress.Would absolutely recommend for anyone with back issues, or really any other PT needs. Less

I had reached out to Natasha after a referral. I had a recently ripped groin and also lingering issues in my neck and back from a major bike crash 9 months ago. After 5 sessions and a very focused PT ( Natasha) I truly feel the best I have in very long time . Magical really . My groin is 100 percent and my neck issue which I thought I was going to have to live with, is almost completely withou... More

This place is great and really wants to work with you and tailor to your needs and goals. I’ve played collegiate sports and could tell the PTs have had expierence with all levels of athletes and helping them meet goals/ return to play. Natasha specifically understands the want to push intensity with allowing for proper recovery. Highly reccomend!... More

They spend the time to understand not only your physical concerns, but the activities and hobbies in your life that your physical limitations prevent you from participating in. They work with these activities in mind when curating a plan set to get you back to normal. They take feedback with an open mind in order to figure out what directly from the plan is having the most and least impact.Greg and Natasha are both athletic people, so they understand and empathize with their clients easily. Rather than discourage you from your activities, they work with you to find workarounds in your hobbies/activities so that you can continue to participate in them on your path to recovery. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to play much because of the knee pain and I would have to sit out for the season , but after he gave me some stretches to do at home, it made my knees feel so much better and it was able to play pain-free. With Natasha's personalized protocols, I'm back in the gym and squatting to depth pain-free, and most importantly, with the knowledge of how to not get back to that point again!Additionally, since I've been being seen by Natasha, I have had ongoing shoulder issues. We were able to explore every non-invasive option possible to try and get me back to my best self. Although at the end of the day I found out I needed a debridement to clean out debris that was attributing to my pain, Natasha was there the week after surgery to again set up a personalized protocol for getting me back to being pain-free. I have no doubt that this goal will be obtained, and I actually look forward to putting in the work!Natasha is a great physical therapist, and a great friend! And you will see that she only surrounds herself with people that share her same energy. I've never worked with Natasha's associate, Greg, yet every time I see him he knows me by name and references short conversations we've had at previous visits. Their assistants, Mackenzie and TQ, are no different!Lastly, Athletic Edge has an awesome insurance team, which has been beyond helpful ensuring I get reimbursed for my visits, as I am active duty military and Natasha is out-of-network. For any of my military friends, just get a referral from your primary care manager to be seen out-of-network, and the Athletic Edge insurance team will do the rest! Less

With a mix of hands on manipulation plus targeted exercises that focused on strength and mobility, he helped Andrew understand how to condition his body to eliminate the pain and improve his overall game.Greg had a great rapport with my son and went above-and-beyond to create exercise routines that he could do at school.After ~10 sessions, my son is pain free and able to play all the volleyball that he wants.
