I have been a client at Intrinsic Care Chiropractic for a little over 2 years! Dr. Riley and Dr. Brandy are the absolute best! They are always concerned with your wellbeing inside and out <3I noticed improvements with my nervous system regulation within weeks, fast forward a couple of years and I have a totally different relationship with my body. They dig deep into your testing results and make a care package best suited to you, based on how you respond to the tests and everyday life. Over time I have been able to control my breathing so much better and have also had great results with some ongoing nerve issues I have from a car accident about 12 years ago. Just last week I was experiencing nerve issues on my left side that felt like I had torn my rotator cuff, but me visit to see Dr. Riley and my body was on its way to healing is in the best way possible- no medicine!! It takes time and patience but the outcome is well worth the effort!!!If you are on the fence about this sort of care, I can tell you, while the progress might feel slow it is absolutely working!I couldn’t be more thankful for their care and kindness to always go the extra mile for their clients.

Update 1.20.2026 - I took a break for a few years and went to traditional chiropractic care. But I wasn't seeing lasting change. I kept having to go back week after week for the same issue and the results were lasting less and less. The new docs at ICC are incredible. They provide so much education and understanding while you go through the stages of healing. Im seeing incredible results as my nervous complete reorganized.Update 2022 - still going years later. My health continues to get better. Dr. Matthew and team have continued to upgrade my nervous system in a way that has supported my getting though some very stressful times. I used to have tension headaches daily. I haven't had one in years.2018 Dr. Matthew takes a unique and progressive approach to all around wellness. I am impressed by his thoroughness and attention to the smallest of details. My focus and all around health has improved thanks to his work.

Be open to the experience. Don’t let the world’s view and meaning of “Chiropractic”set your expectations. My body feels better and I can articulate my movements with more ease. And for me the improvement build. Before I would work hard and my back and limbs would be hurting for days. After several weeks I now recover within a few short hours. This recovery also seems to help with my mental acuity. The team is always so accommodating while balancing out to make sure I get the entrainments needed.

I was suspicious to start and it is undescribable hard to even put in words on how and why this works. BUT this has been incredibly helpful to me personally in more ways than one. Physically, there were pains I knew but almost forgot about getting so used to them. Pain has kept me from being able to enjoy and be fully present. Now I have moments where even I am surprised and think “Wow - NO pain at all” This said , I am able to be more present and notice small things and make memories with my family. I feel like I am able to handle stress better, my confidence and priorities have changed and I am working on some deeper rooted, complicated areas. It truly is a journey and the cool thing is we are provided with tools to independently and continuously keep working on this individual journey. We are encouraged to stay open to new or previously unnoticed areas that have kept us from enjoying life. As a full time caregiver for special needs, a mother, a pet owner and wife and working part time my plate is pretty full. I needed to care for myself in order to keep up with life. Now I can ensure that mine is a healthy and enjoyable adventure as well. I don’t think I will ever stop using the tools and education that came included and parallel with the treatment, as it this is becoming a way of life and I am enjoying life too much to give up even a little of my new found life quality. Keep an open mind and remember this is for you and the effects are priceless.
