I have multi units air conditioner (3units inside and 1 outdoor unit) was making noises. A company sent me two younger boys who diagnosed my air con needs compressor replacement. I do not comfortale with this diagnosis and I contacted a few other companies and hope to get a second opinion. Issac from WA Air Group is the only person took my request seriously and called me and provided me with the solution to get another diagonosis. Kayne came to my home to check my Air con, he is confident and he definetly knows his stuff, he also has a very good manners. He diagonised the control board needs to be replaced and explained to me the reason. I agreed to go ahead with the Job, Issac order board from Eastern State and followed a few time with the order. Once he received the electric board, he immediately sent Kayne back to my home to fit in and adjust the air conditioner.Kayne is very knowlegable about air conditioner and answer so many my silly questions. My air conditioner is now working again. I am very glad that I contacted WA Air Group and I highly recommend WA Air Group to anyone for their air conditioner issue.
