I’ve been working out regularly for a long time, but I wanted to make sure my form was dialed in so I could safely put up more weight. Austin was able to help me with exactly that. He took the time to watch my lifts, made clear and practical corrections, and explained why those adjustments mattered. The difference was not immediate but over time I was able to bump my numbers safely. Being more stable, and more confident. Austin is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.
