TLDR: Do better. Prove this review wrong going forward. I’m putting this as a five-star review for reasons. This is a reply to the owner of Salter Electric Ltd’s reply of my first review. They are trying to strike my review from the record.Review part 2:Integrity (in-TEG-ri-tee). That is the word of the day children. Wikipedia describes Integrity as the quality of being honest and having a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values. Little to none was demonstrated on either of the installations: January 25, 2024 and in November 2025. I cannot believe this soft owner had to issue this boilerplate response absolving them of any ownership/occurrence of the installations. No apology/sorry mentioned anywhere. If you like to play with (electrical) fire and not de-escalate this situation, I’ll start adding more fuel. How come I received this invoice of the day of the work was completed? Isn’t that your signature or did you use an autopen? Why do you have to resort to asking papa Google to strike down my legitimate review? Are you like Bricks and Minifigs asking your muscle to take care of this mess? Do better. This response is not something I expect from a business owner of this community, a licensed/experienced electrician and one of the signatory contractors of the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) local 586 Ottawa union. You make other local trade businesses look bad, especially your employees, your fellow electricians and aspiring apprentices coming into this field. You have broken this trust. Furthermore, how come you don’t have a record of this transaction and I do. You sound like those cops in the Lego Scandal auditing themselves, redacting material information and patting themselves on the back for a job well done when evidence shows otherwise. Hmm, interesting. Sounds like shady business practices. I would hate to have CRA coming down auditing my business. But you said your records are well maintained, so nothing to worry about, right?Treat this as a wakeup call/learning opportunity to do better and do right by your customers, your employees, your fellow electricians, and your community. Prove this review wrong.
