Had my first treatment with Heather last month. I've been doing botox for years now, but with being in my 40s and having volume loss I needed a little volume added to the mid face. I live in Hampstead, MD and was so excited to find such a highly rated Med Spa in my “backyard”. I have received multiple treatments in the past couple months (derma-plane, basic light chemical peel, one IPL session, and purchased a light retinol). She was kind and patient during the treatments, answering my questions and checking in on pain and comfort levels throughout. She kindly numbed my face during IPL and did not make me feel silly when I jumped at each light flash. She is a wealth of knowledge and has helped me plan my future treatments for my face and needs. I also really appreciate that she doesn’t make you feel obligated to buy products every time you are in office. She recommends products but does not push purchase. Results: my skin is smoother, more even tone, a lot less redness (I had a little Rosacea), and less visible sun damage (one very visible brown spot I have had for over 10 years is gone now!). Great customer service! Highly recommend! I will be a regular customer for sure!

I have been seeing Heather at Spirited Aesthetics for a couple different procedures. I have had rosasea for years with a lot of redness as well as acne scars.I have had a couple IPLs to help with the redness followed by 3 Pixie treatments, over the course of the past year. I just completed my third Pixie treatment, which is RadioFrequency Microneedling and Erbium. The process itself takes roughly an hour and is slightly painful, but the results are fantastic! My redness is gone and my skin is so smooth, and my pores have drastically been reduced!If you're looking for someone who actually listens and cares about your concerns, see Heather now!
