A young repairman named Matt came to fix my unit. He was kind, professional, & of course very knowledgeable about his trade. I stayed outside so I would be close by to answer questions & to learn more about my unit. He was able to fix the unit in a short time. I highly recommended this company. The receptionist & the technician were excellent. I appreciate both their kindness & service.
