San Diego Compassionate Caregivers was recommended to us after an unsatisfactory stint with another care agency. We were pleased from the time of our initial interview to the arrival of our amazing caregiver. Our caregiver is just what the doctor ordered! My husband suffers from dementia and she keeps him acitive, mentally and physically. Her willingness to take on household tasks has been a blessing for me as well. She has been a blessing for us both!

I can't say enough good things about San Diego Compassionate Caregivers. A close friend of mine has been using their services, and the difference it's made in their daily life has been incredible. The caregivers are not only professional and reliable, but genuinely kind and compassionate--something that really stands out. From what I've seen and heard, the agency does a great job of matching caregivers to clients, making sure there's a real sense of comfort and trust. Communication has also been excellent, which gives family and friends peace of mind knowing their loved one is in good hands. Over the course of more than 30 years using caregiver services in both California and Arizona, I have worked with dozens of agencies. My time with Compassionate Care stands out by far the most consistent and well-managed care I have received.While Compassionate Care has capable caregivers, what truly makes the difference is the staff behind the scenes. Caregivers may change over time, but the staff has remained steady, responsive, and professional. That stability created continuity in my care and gave me confidence that my needs were understood and handled with respect.The office staff communicates clearly, follows through, and provides strong support that allows good care to happen.I am thankful for the care I received and would confidently recommend Compassionate Care to anyone looking for a caregiving agency where strong staff leadership truly matters.

I used San Diego Compassionate Caregivers for my husband because he has dementia, and I had to go into the hospital. So, they came in, took care of him, cleaned him up, fed him, and put him to bed. They did all day care for him. They were very good. When they came out to interview me, they got me someone to come and take care of them quicker than anybody else because they interviewed three different companies, and they were the quickest ones to get me someone. So, I was really happy with that. The caregiver was wonderful and very professional. The staffing was OK, but the only bad thing was that I couldn't use my credit card. I had to mail them a check. They take credit cards, but they charge a lot extra for that. So, the payment process wasn't so great. I had to mail in the check. I was in the hospital, and it went out late because I called them, and I said it had to go late because I couldn't get home to write the check, and I had to find the stamp, which was a little difficult. They can make that a little easier, but other than that, I'd give them high marks because they were really good and very accommodating.

This company truly cares about its employees. They listen to you, work with your schedule, and pay really well. This job is extremely fulfilling and it’s even better when you build strong connections with your clients. They’re also really good at being able to find coverage if you request off in advance. I loved working for this company and I’m sad that i have to go, but extremely grateful for the opportunity Pros: Pay, management, work-life balance, schedule Cons: Sometimes they ask you to cover for tough clients, just make sure you communicate what you want and don’t want

I am a current caregiver for San Diego Compassionate Caregivers. It's an amazing company who really cares about all their employees and clients. I've worked with the company for 10 months. All the supervisors and scheduling team are very helpful and friendly. Daisy, Angelina, Julia and Rosie are always very positive and assist with any questions or concerns. The company provides one of a kind service to all its clients and provides training and advancement opportunities for its employees. I'm grateful to be part of the Compassionate Caregivers team and to make a difference every day in the Care I provide and enhancing the quality of life of each client.
