My review is well overdue, I took my vehicle to Elite Auto Repair shop back in 12/27/25 I was referred by Carshield, I spoke with Jose and he was very polite, kind, and knowledgeable about cars and also dealing with Carshield. I had never filed a claim with Carshield before and Jose helped me through this process. Jose was very patient due to Carshield was slowing up the process due to the holidays, once we got everything sorted with Carshield Jose had my car fixed the same day. I am very picky about who I let repair my vehicle, you can definitely trust Jose and his team infact we just dropped my Daughter's vehicle off to him today. Great repair shop! I had major issues with my van and struggled with a vsc warranty. Jose went above and beyond to get 2 claims submitted, paid, and the repairs done as fast as possible!! He was honest, kept me informed, and patient!!!! Any repairs I need for my vehicles will done by him and his techs.

Had an unusual problem with my ignition as I couldn't turn off my engine. I was advised to go to Elite Auto Repair. Jose was very friendly and helpful as the car was diagnosed early and quickly. The repair was completed the very next day and is running great. I have found a new place for my vehicle and definitely recommend Elite for good service.

Owner and staff are very nice and will work with you to get your vehicle fixed. I won't take my cars anywhere else. They do an amazing and trustworthy job. If they come across any other issues they find they will call u ASAP to see if u want it fixed or not. Always on time with appointments they work fast to get u ur car. Best part is after they are done working on your car u won't have grease all over it like other shops leave on the cars.
