Rarely leave reviews on here, but felt obliged after the experience I received with Thompson Plumbing and Matt Jones. Running a multi million dollar restaurant comes with many challenges. One of which is finding the right people to help maintain the facility. Luckily I called Matt. From start to finish, he walked me through on what, why, and how the job at hand was going to go. Not only did he accomplish that, he exceeded it. (Not to mention at a rate less than I anticipated). Rarely do you find a true professional now days, but you’ll get one here. I’ll make sure they’re first my call next time. Highly recommend!

He listened and communicated very well to diagnose our problem and had us dried up in no time on a very hot and humid July morning. Tyler and Charlie did an outstanding job, and they were freindly,very professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all of questions and concerns.They replaced all of my polybutylene piping for the entire house, and installed a new water heater, and the installation was top quality.
