I have been going to Osteostrong for 15 months and have made great progress on my bone density. I had lost 13 pounds over this time and I was so excited to not have lost bone density with the weight loss and I actually had gains. I am going to continue being a customer to I can continue to make progress! This Osteostrong is easy to get appointments, which I like. The gym is always very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I’m a busy person and I appreciate getting in and out quickly, while still having results.
