I had an issue with the shower valve. Unable to turn off. I tried everything within my limited means. I called Torres plumbing. They sent out Edwin to assess the issue. He was able to return in 4 days after capping off the shower head. He fixed the issue. Edwin was very professional and knowledgeable.

Huge shoutout to Torres Commercial Plumbing. Eric and his crew came over today and did a phenomenal job repairing a pipe that a root had gotten into. From the first time I met with Eric, I had a good feeling that he was very professional and honest, and he definitely proved it. His crew came out, set up the work area, covered everything in plastic, and got right to work. They had a ton to do. Removing tile, breaking through the slab, digging up a great amount of dirt, repairing the pipe (and actually fixing a couple other issues they found), hydro-jetting to clear out the other sides of the piping, backfilling, and pouring concrete. The whole process took them about 7 hours. They did not waste any time at all or disappear for hours during lunchtime. Honestly, I'm not even sure they took a lunch! They were completely focused and efficient. They cleaned up everything afterward. Other than the concrete drying in our hallway, you'd never be able to tell they were even here. On top of all this, I feel like I got a great deal and a lot of value for the massive amount of work performed. Highly recommend them!

Don’t think twice with Torres plumbing. I have a Property Service company and I used Torres Plumbing today for one of my clients. I have nothing but good to say Erik the owner was professional and made sure to help me take care of my clients as quick as possible. He came same day used his high tech camera to look at the condition of my clients plumbing. He even can make a real time video with explanation of what he sees as he is inspecting your plumbing. You can tell he takes great pride in what he does I will definitely be returning to him to help with any and all of my clients and my own plumbing needs!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Eric has helped us out countless times. Our home in the desert is a short-term vacation rental, and so work needs to be done in a timely manner so that our guests are happy with our home and their experience. We must’ve started using Torres commercial plumbing about eight or nine years ago when we had a plumbing issue and irate tenants due to it. We hired two different plumbers and spent lots of money with no success. We finally discovered Eric Torres. He took the time to figure out the issue and made the customer happy. Since then, he’s given us great service and he’ll continue to have our business. I highly recommend him.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Eric and his team are!Today they installed a Moen automatic water shut off valve to protect against potential flooding from a broken pipe. It uses an AI driven app to monitor and should be everyone’s insurance policy against an unforeseen problem while away for extended periods.Next up will be a reverse osmosis water system to combat our highly mineralized desert water.Team Torres is fair, punctual, flexible…and very personable!!
