Highly recommend Canterbury Property Reports. Mitch did a great job of identifying cosmetic issues that required remedying on a newly built house we purchased, most of which we had missed during our couple of prior inspections. He was super quick replying to emails (within 2 minutes in one instance) and provided additional details and support when we needed it. The report was detailed but concise and easy to follow. I organised for Canterbury Property Reports to complete a building report for a property I was looking to purchase, and Chris was the building inspector.
