Highly recommend Canterbury Property Reports. Mitch did a great job of identifying cosmetic issues that required remedying on a newly built house we purchased, most of which we had missed during our couple of prior inspections. He was super quick replying to emails (within 2 minutes in one instance) and provided additional details and support when we needed it. The report was detailed but concise and easy to follow. We will definitely engage again in the future.
