Mitch did a great job of identifying cosmetic issues that required remedying on a newly built house we purchased, most of which we had missed during our couple of prior inspections. He was super quick replying to emails (within 2 minutes in one instance) and provided additional details and support when we needed it. The report was detailed but concise and easy to follow. We will definitely engage again in the future.

The build report was booked, then the following day the report was completed and sent that afternoon. I organised for Canterbury Property Reports to complete a building report for a property I was looking to purchase, and Chris was the building inspector. He was fantastic, right the way throughout the entire process. Chris arrived early, was organised and also took the time to explain a few things whilst I was there. He wrote the report promptly, it arrived the same day, and clear to read.Chris was happy to take a couple of phone calls from me once I had received it to explain some of the points covered, and was very patient, especially as I asked a lot of questions! 10/10 experience getting a pre-purchase inspection. I was referred to them through several of my friends and colleagues who had used them before and had great experiences.
