The doctor was undoubtedly a kind person, but I won’t be returning to this clinic. When I was placed in a room, I sat in a chair, which was the best decision I could have made. I’m glad I didn’t lie down or sit at the examination table because when I turned around, I saw blood and body fluid on the disposable sheet. It seemed like someone had been examined and had smeared the blood and fluid on the edge of the table. This was extremely concerning to me.I informed the staff member about the dirty blood and fluid she responded by saying, “Oh, let me move you to a different room.” However, she didn’t check if the other room was clean either. I assume she glanced at it and that was it. But when I went in and sat down, I saw the same issues. The sheet with crinkles , where someone had lain down was still there, plastic tip top from a syringe and the disposable pillow cover was all ripped. Honestly, I didn’t want to touch anything. Even though the staff was kind, it’s crucial to clean and sanitize after each patient, especially with the prevalence of viruses and diseases. This should be a priority. I won’t be returning to the place because I saw it with my own eyes and couldn’t unsee it. My stomach is weak, and I can’t shake the feeling of unease. The staff member saw this, but it didn’t seem to bother her.The staff is nice, but they seem to be on their phones and seems like their supposed to be cleaning up after their done with a patient.
