Leo Lantz Construction Company performed very skilled and professional work to solve some drainage and moisture issues in my master bathroom . The entire area was remodeled and updated with new tiling, elegant fixtures, a new custom designed glass shower door system, and shower bench. The workmen were very skilled at their particular jobs. They were always prompt and very friendly. At the end of each workday, they cleaned up trash and vacuumed. Brandon did an excellent job with coordination of the entire job. He kept me informed of what was completed and what would happen next in the process.Leo was active in the remodeling and very good about answering my questions with specific reasons for each part of the remodeling process. Kitchen Transformation: Leo and his team were professional throughout the project, communicated well, kept the area tidy throughout the renovation, and gave us a beautiful kitchen. When we bought the house the kitchen had dark wood which was not our style. We painted the cabinets to brighten the area, but the layout still wasn't right. Leo helped us come up with a new layout and brought the vision to life. I would highly recommend.

Leo Lantz and his Team delivered high quality work in our renovation. It was basically a whole home renovation including adding 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in an unfinished attic area, doing a full kitchen renovation including removing an exterior wall and adding windows, adding a full walk-in pantry, renovating the main bathroom and updating/modernizing the staircase. Leo and his team were trustworthy, worked with me to manage costs, and respected our home and pets. Brandon was great as the foreman and helped schedule crews around my schedule; Brad was the go to person for any and everything; Victoria kept things running; and Klein was reliable on the carpentry and technical work. They were easy to work with and did a great job.

Leo Lantz has renovated our kitchen and four bathrooms over the past several years. Recently (January 2026) we had a minor issue with some grout in one of the bathrooms. Even though Leo had done this renovation several years ago, we called him and he came personally and made the repair (at no cost). This is just another demonstration of Leo's commitment to his customers. We would never consider using anyone else for home renovations.Leo Lantz Construction renovated three bathrooms for us three years ago. We were so pleased with their work that we knew we would have them back to renovate our master bathroom and kitchen, which were just completed this month! As anticipated, we are absolutely thrilled with the finished spaces! Leo has proven himself to be honest, trustworthy, and concerned with making sure that everything is done to a high standard. We were so happy to have Kimberly as our project manager. She is top notch in keeping the project on track and addressing any questions or issues quickly and professionally. I’m not from Virginia but while visiting family members in Henrico, I witnessed exceptional service performed by Leo Lantz, owner of Leo Lantz Construction, Inc. On short notice and with such a positive response, he came to the house and repaired a leaking toilet as well as installed safety grab bars in the shower and by the toilet. His work is highly professional, done with a pleasant attitude and work ethic. He had to place additional wall support behind the drywall for the grab bars and when the drywall was sealed and repainted, you can’t even tell where the seam is. Quite impressive service and craftsmanship.

We had a great experience working with Leo and his team! We love how our kitchen and bathroom remodel came together! The olive green cabinets turned out exactly how we wanted, and everything in the bathroom turned out great. Brandon, who came on as PM, was a real pleasure to work with, as was the rest of the team. When issues arose during the project, Leo and Brandon were extremely helpful and willing to work with us to come up with a solution and get the job done right and in budget. Everything was high quality product and craftsmanship, and we have been super happy the last several months in the finished house. A little over a year ago, Leo, his team, and all of the associates, did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen in our 100 year old Northside home. See our previous review for more details about our project.Recently, we had a concern about the finish on a couple of the cabinet doors. After contacting Leo, Brad Seay, one of Leo’s team members, came to our home, took pictures and contacted the manufacturer, Wellborn. Wellborn, and Leo Lantz Construction, stood by their products and provided new replacement doors. Leo Lantz construction completely gutted and rebuilt my 1900 SF condo over several months while I still lived there, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and added a working/desk area and new bar.
