I had heard renovations can be stressful but that has not been my experience with Leo Lantz!! Every step and every crew throughout the process has been top notch! They replaced bricks in our 50+ year old house and you would never know a vent used to be there!! They are masters at their craft and we couldn’t be happier! I have a renewed love for my home and could not sing praises any louder for Leo Lantz, the man and the company!!

Leo Lantz has renovated our kitchen and four bathrooms over the past several years. Recently (January 2026) we had a minor issue with some grout in one of the bathrooms. Even though Leo had done this renovation several years ago, we called him and he came personally and made the repair (at no cost). This is just another demonstration of Leo's commitment to his customers. We would never consider using anyone else for home renovations.Leo Lantz Construction renovated three bathrooms for us three years ago. We were so pleased with their work that we knew we would have them back to renovate our master bathroom and kitchen, which were just completed this month! As anticipated, we are absolutely thrilled with the finished spaces! Leo has proven himself to be honest, trustworthy, and concerned with making sure that everything is done to a high standard. We were so happy to have Kimberly as our project manager. She is top notch in keeping the project on track and addressing any questions or issues quickly and professionally. She is a pleasure to work with! All of Leo’s team really care about the quality of their work and making sure their clients get what they want. They are friendly and approachable and after working with them on five different projects, I can’t imagine using anyone else. I’m not from Virginia but while visiting family members in Henrico, I witnessed exceptional service performed by Leo Lantz, owner of Leo Lantz Construction, Inc. On short notice and with such a positive response, he came to the house and repaired a leaking toilet as well as installed safety grab bars in the shower and by the toilet. His work is highly professional, done with a pleasant attitude and work ethic. He had to place additional wall support behind the drywall for the grab bars and when the drywall was sealed and repainted, you can’t even tell where the seam is. Quite impressive service and craftsmanship.

We had a great experience working with Leo and his team! We love how our kitchen and bathroom remodel came together! The olive green cabinets turned out exactly how we wanted, and everything in the bathroom turned out great. Brandon, who came on as PM, was a real pleasure to work with, as was the rest of the team. When issues arose during the project, Leo and Brandon were extremely helpful and willing to work with us to come up with a solution and get the job done right and in budget. Everything was high quality product and craftsmanship, and we have been super happy the last several months in the finished house. They also replaced the cabinets in the laundry room and provided a counter top above the washer/dryer that turned out awesome!
