I originally posted a not so good review of Integrity Pools because I had called into the service department 3 times only to not receive a return call. I've changed my review because of the outstanding follow-up customer service I got from everyone involved at Integrity.
It shows the importance for the owner of the company to making things right when a customer is frustrated. It turns out the lack of follow-up resulted in a technical issue rather than a staffing issue. Fortunately, that is easily fixable. Miles came out the same day, was able to determine the issues, and made sure I was happy before leaving. Everything Miles, Chris and the rest of the team did restored my happiness I've had with them up to this point.

James was sent out to our home to diagnose a problem we were having with our pool pump. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to communicate what issues we were facing with the equipment. He identified 3 options that could address our problem. We chose the option that worked best for us, and he came back to install our new pump the next day. Before he left he showed me how to operate the new pump and stated I could call him anytime if had questions.

I had a 25-year-old pool that had a leak, a number of broken coping tiles and missing water line tiles. It needed a major overhaul. Integrity Pools was the "one-stop shop" I needed. They were timely, professional, afforable and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Everyone I worked with was willing to answer all my questions and work aroundmy schedule. I did a full remodel including resurfacing the deck. And their final step of the new plaster care and filter clean was very well done. Highly recommend this company!

Three years later, I’m a loyal client and have a beautiful pool thanks to their weekly service program. My service tech, Kevin, does a fantastic job every week. He is thorough and takes pride in exceeding his clients’ expectations. Pool services are not cheap these days, but you definitely get your money’s worth with this crew!

The communication is excellent, they do a great job, and I feel that the pricing is very fair. I like that they have a schedule for my filter cleanings and will call me to get them set up. They always let me know if something needs to be repaired and their repair service is very efficient. Big thanks especially to Chris, I always appreciate how he communicates before coming to clean and will even follow up after a service to make sure everything is still working correctly.

This is the best pool company ever! I have used several pool companies over the course of my life, and there is no comparison. They got my pool equipment overhauled and salt system operating again, all with prompt service and very reasonable costs, and the weekly service is extraordinary. I had been using my last company for about 10 years despite having felt ripped off every time an issue would arise, but now I could not be happier that I finally made a switch. The pool has never looked better or operated more effectively! They are here every week at the same time slot on Wednesdays, and even leave a service card so that you know they were here. The office staff is also responsive and when you need something, they make sure the company responds promptly. What a great experience! I would unconditionally recommend them without hesitation.

Recently, Cullen serviced our pool, and I noticed he went over and beyond by how clean my pool and tile was. I also noticed he stayed longer to make sure he took care of everything.
