Had a pool remodel completed at our home in Colleyville by Integrity Pools in September 2024. The pool came out beautiful! There was an issue a couple of weeks later with the plaster due to chemical imbalance. Integrity came out, made a game plan, executed and resolved the problem. My pool and spa are now the true Sparkling Saphire Blue Wet Edge that we contracted. A great big THANK YOU to Mathew, Russel, Miles, Dustin and Luis for working together to make this right. My husband and I are very please with the outcome and look forward to continuing business with Integrity as our weekly pool cleaning service.

After a very high wind storm a couple days ago, our pool was covered with leaves and debris. Georgia, our regular service tech, went above and beyond cleaning our pool today. This was her regular weekly service call that required her to work much harder and more diligent than normal resulting in my pool never looking so good! So, my thanks, praise and congratulations to Georgia for a job extremely well done!I've been using Integrity Pool service for about 3 months and have been more than satisfied with their responsiveness, professionalism and most of all their competence.

I originally posted a not so good review of Integrity Pools because I had called into the service department 3 times only to not receive a return call. I've changed my review because of the outstanding follow-up customer service I got from everyone involved at Integrity.
It shows the importance for the owner of the company to making things right when a customer is frustrated. It turns out the lack of follow-up resulted in a technical issue rather than a staffing issue. Fortunately, that is easily fixable. Miles came out the same day, was able to determine the issues, and made sure I was happy before leaving. Everything Miles, Chris and the rest of the team did restored my happiness I've had with them up to this point.

He identified 3 options that could address our problem. We chose the option that worked best for us, and he came back to install our new pump the next day. Before he left he showed me how to operate the new pump and stated I could call him anytime if had questions.

They were timely, professional, afforable and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Everyone I worked with was willing to answer all my questions and work aroundmy schedule. I did a full remodel including resurfacing the deck. And their final step of the new plaster care and filter clean was very well done. Highly recommend this company!

The communication is excellent, they do a great job, and I feel that the pricing is very fair. I like that they have a schedule for my filter cleanings and will call me to get them set up. They always let me know if something needs to be repaired and their repair service is very efficient. Big thanks especially to Chris, I always appreciate how he communicates before coming to clean and will even follow up after a service to make sure everything is still working correctly.

This is the best pool company ever! I have used several pool companies over the course of my life, and there is no comparison. They got my pool equipment overhauled and salt system operating again, all with prompt service and very reasonable costs, and the weekly service is extraordinary. I had been using my last company for about 10 years despite having felt ripped off every time an issue would arise, but now I could not be happier that I finally made a switch. The pool has never looked better or operated more effectively! They are here every week at the same time slot on Wednesdays, and even leave a service card so that you know they were here. The office staff is also responsive and when you need something, they make sure the company responds promptly. What a great experience! I would unconditionally recommend them without hesitation.

I changed to Integrity a while ago because the first pool company wasn’t taking care of our brand new pool the way they should have. Integrity had been great! Recently, Cullen serviced our pool, and I noticed he went over and beyond by how clean my pool and tile was. I also noticed he stayed longer to make sure he took care of everything. He’s very very friendly and pleasant, and it shows. He also deals with my big barking dog like a pro! Thank you Cullen and Integrity!
