Second post of the day, first on general service by Colton of Integrity Pools. Great service.Second is on James, Repair Tech, who had to come out twice for a pool light replacement. Not of his actions but of our system. First time out he did a thorough investigation of the electrical system and found an issue we had following a lightning strike. We called an electrician and got the situation sorted out.James came back out and was able to get our light installed.He was courteous, professional and a very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Truly trust him to do work on our system!!Would be remiss if I didn’t mention his help, Sean!! Did a good job handling the inside the pool work. Probably had the best part of the install because he got in the pool on a 100+ degree day.5 stars to both for both trips to the house.Highly recommend integrity Pools.Can’t forget Madison of the service department, she too gets 5 stars!!

I just wanted to update my previous review to give a shout-out to our weekly service tech Kyler. He always does a thorough job and doesn't just rush through. His service is always 5 star.Needing repairs to pool equipment is never something you want to have done, but the team at Integrity made the experience less painful. Their tech, Ryan, was a great guy to deal with - always with a smile and easygoing demeanor. I highly recommend them for repairs and weekly service. We use them for both.

Integrity Pools resurfaced and updated our 30+ yr old pool in 2014. The expansion joint caulking was just replaced and Caleb provided reasonable estimate and Jose did a beautiful, quick replacement job. I highly recommend Integrity Pools!

update 6/9/2026: I want to shout out our new pool maintenance guy, Kyler. He has been very communicative and professional. our pool is sparkling clean after he leaves.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Integrity has maintained our pool for years, and alleviated the big gripe we had with our last pool cleaner: they never let me know they were on the way so I could put my dogs up. Integrity texts about 30 minutes every time so my dogs are safely put up. Integrity is also handling our pool deck remodel, and our pool re-plaster. They've been very communicative and when we've had troubles, Sam our project manager has been very empathetic but also very responsive and reactive. Our new pool equipment is working great, the surround and plaster are coming together, and we're excited to be in our pool in a few weeks. Thanks Sam!

The team has been great. We hired them for a major project involving a full redo of our pool decking and surface/tile. Samuel has been our project manager and is a dream to work with. We also had Miles out to provide a pool school and info on some new equipment. The team has been responsive and quick moving. Would definitely recommend them for your project.They also do regular maintenance an to that has been great too!

Lance was an absolute professional. He came out reviewed my pool and what needed to be done, he discussed my options, setup a time to get the job done. Originally it was setup for 2 weeks, later he called me a told me that it could be done in a day or 2. The work has been done and it is a fabulous job. Well done and thank you Lance for all the followup that you have done.

Chose Integrity to remodel my pool. They did an outstanding job and the entire process was excellent. Started with Kevin who helped us design it, Sam was project manager who worked with us during the entire remodel and installation. Both were great. Professional and excellent comms the entire time. Martin did an excellent job with the plaster care. Miles did a fantastic job with getting my pool set up on the app and hooked into my WiFi. All were very professional, courteous and helpful.
