This incredible company showed up exactly when they said they were supposed to, they looked at everything and gave me a very thorough evaluation and then on the day that they came out to do the work on the unit they were very professional cleaned up any mess that they made and gave me a beautiful working unit. They explained how the system works what to look out for and made me feel very comfortable, knowing what to expect. Reading these reviews is like reading about 2 different companies. I am not a family member of Julian or any of his crew. All I can say is that he and they have always been on time, been professional and pleasant and have done the job quickly and well. We converted from evaporative to refrigerated air and added a mini-split in one room that couldn’t be ducted. The proof is in the results. I will hire Julian and JC&E whenever I have a job in their wheelhouse.5/2026 - Jelijah came and was prompt, friendly and professional. JC&E is even better now that they have a dispatcher to do scheduling. Great move. Yesenia is very pleasant and efficient. Would love to know about it if you set up a biannual maintenance program.

From start to finish, the team kept me involved and explained what they were doing, which really helped me understand why proper installation matters more than the brand itself—at least based on the research I’ve done. The quality of their work was phenomenal, and the guys were professional, respectful, and great to work with. What impressed me most was that the owner personally came to my home, walked me through several options, and was incredibly patient while I asked what felt like a million questions.
