Having never been to a Chiropractor, and very hesitant to go, but knowing I needed to deal with my neck pain somehow, I called Optimal Spine and Health, on the recommendation of my massage therapist. I was so warmly welcomed and put at ease right from the start, and dealing with Dr. Fox totally changed my somewhat skeptical view. He is very caring, professional and knowledgeable. His thorough evaluation (including xrays), his willingness to explain everything, and his gentle and effective treatments, began to build my trust. He has a wonderful, holistic approach (incorporating other types of treatments) to provide an optimal recovery process as well. I learned so much about my spine, the issues I was stuggling with, and lifelong treatments to take with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Fox. He is truly a gift to anyone's healing journey!!

Dr Kevin Fox always know what is best for the patience especially myself. He make sure that i leave his office with the treatment that i need for my health. Also the staff is awesome, very professional. Kelly is always on top of everything like if i need my receipts so i can present to my health care provider.
