Chico septic is very professional and friendly. They came out within 2 hours of me calling to get my septic tank pumped, Andre told me it wasn’t full enough to be pumped, it was just clogged, we really appreciated his honesty. Of course we did have a problem with our leach line. They dug it up and sent a camera down and found the problem, Andre and David worked so hard and they even stayed later than they should have, missing an important meeting with their manager. We now have a working septic system! Thank you Andre, David and Jeffrey.

The staff at Chico Septic are really professional yet they blend in a special bit of warmth and humor into their conversations! Beth the office staff really took great care to get us scheduled asap! Jose and Jeffery the two service men educated us about our septic problem did not mind that I was curious and peering over their shoulders as they worked! They outlined a few different scenarios of what our septic issue might be and then were able to identify the problem and fix it within 2 hours time. Turned out not only was our tank full but we had a pretty good clog which they found and took care of. I could not be happier with this company🧡

I would highly recommend them to anyone. FYI, you should have your septic tank pumped at least every 5 years to avoid issues.

More recently in October, 2024 a technician visited to inspect the tanks and leach lines for a possible sale of the house in the spring. I couldn't recommend Chico Septic more. Their service was prompt, clean and efficient. We had been experiencing slow drainage and backup of septic system. We thought our leach field had failed and were facing replacing it. They investigated the system and discovered our septic tank had settled causing a higher water level on the liquid side of the tank. They also discovered that our "D" box had rotted blocking the flow to the leach field. Our leach field was tested, it worked perfectly. They installed a new "D" box and discharge pipe and everything works fine now. I highly recommend Chico Septic. They have the knowledge and skills you need.

Jose and his crew worked through the weekend in extreme heat and always answered our questions. Jaime was very helpful with her communication, keeping us informed of the steps in the process.
