I would highly recommend them to anyone. FYI, you should have your septic tank pumped at least every 5 years to avoid issues.

More recently in October, 2024 a technician visited to inspect the tanks and leach lines for a possible sale of the house in the spring. I couldn't recommend Chico Septic more. Their service was prompt, clean and efficient. We had been experiencing slow drainage and backup of septic system. We thought our leach field had failed and were facing replacing it. They investigated the system and discovered our septic tank had settled causing a higher water level on the liquid side of the tank. They also discovered that our "D" box had rotted blocking the flow to the leach field. Our leach field was tested, it worked perfectly. They installed a new "D" box and discharge pipe and everything works fine now. I highly recommend Chico Septic. They have the knowledge and skills you need.
