Chico septic is very professional and friendly. They came out within 2 hours of me calling to get my septic tank pumped, Andre told me it wasn’t full enough to be pumped, it was just clogged, we really appreciated his honesty. Of course we did have a problem with our leach line. They dug it up and sent a camera down and found the problem, Andre and David worked so hard and they even stayed later than they should have, missing an important meeting with their manager. We now have a working septic system! Thank you Andre, David and Jeffrey.

The staff at Chico Septic are really professional yet they blend in a special bit of warmth and humor into their conversations! Beth the office staff really took great care to get us scheduled asap! Jose and Jeffery the two service men educated us about our septic problem did not mind that I was curious and peering over their shoulders as they worked! They outlined a few different scenarios of what our septic issue might be and then were able to identify the problem and fix it within 2 hours time. Turned out not only was our tank full but we had a pretty good clog which they found and took care of. I could not be happier with this company🧡

Love these people! Jose is incredible as the lead tech, and the office staff is available, knowledgeable and helpful! Sewer install done efficiently and they show up to the job site when they tell you they will, and finish in consecutive days.

The guys that came out to do the job nobody wants to do. Did it well, cleaned up the mess when done with the tank and the time frame was under 2 hrs. I would definitely call them back if ever the need arises. The 2 gentlemen were both polite and professional, keep it up chico Septic and thanx.
