After a tornado damaged many homes in our neighborhood Classic was the first on scene, covering up damaged portions of people’s roofs. I was skeptical at first because some companies prey on people affected by disasters, but all the guidance and help offered by Classic was legit. They worked great with our insurance, were the fairest price, and did great work, making the difficulty of the tornado aftermath easier to deal with.

When the remnants of Helene came through Huntington WV, we were expecting high winds and rain. We weren't expecting the rain to leak into our home- at 3AM!Called Classic Construction Roofing as soon as they opened and spoke with Mike. He had a crew out to our home within hours, to cover the roof with tarp to stop the leak.Answered all our questions, took the time to explain why the roof leaked and what we needed to do to fix. We did have to replace the roof. Our next door neighbor had used Classic for their roof and he also had good things to say.Today the roof was completed. It's beautiful. Thanks to everyone who worked with us, Mike and Chris were easy to work with, easy to get hold of and we have no complaints, just compliments! Good job. If you need a roofer CALL THESE GUYS!

I worked with Dean to get estimates on roofs more than one property that I own. He was more than kind, always took my calls, and walked me through every step of the process. When I was comparing estimates, he spoke about the benefits of choosing Classic Construction, including their warranties, and their reputation. He also walked me through financing options when my first option became unavailable, and was patient as we waited for a closing date from my mortgage company. Hail damaged our roof and our claim was initially denied by our insurance carrier. Dean Craft from Classic Construction provided continuing assistance and expertise as we worked thru the process of getting a second inspection. We got the second inspection which confirmed severe damage. We were finally able to get a settlement from insurance. Dean was there thru the whole process and made numerous visits to the house to take pictures and evaluate the roof.Classic installed the new roof, which looks wonderful. The crew was on time, their work was neat, and the job was finish beautifully . I highly recommend Dean Craft and Classic Construction because Dean and Classic did exactly what they promised and it was on time and on budget.

Dean from CC was on my roof the day after a hail storm damaged my shingles. He went to bat for me dealing with my insurance company, State Farm. When State Farm wouldn’t acknowledge obvious damage, I had to pay out of my own pocket for a new roof. Dean delivered a fair estimate and Classic did good work in completing the installation of a new roof over 2 days. It is sad how some large national companies (State Farm) conduct their business, but the folks at Classic Construction (especially Dean) did good by me and do business like a true “good neighbor.”
