Rude man. Called the Google number because I had purchased a 5 pack that lapsed and wanted to see if they would offer any classes. They offered to put me on a free class, and schedule me at the Ferndale location. When I showed up, the manager told me the class was canceled and kept giving me side eye as if I was making it all up. Just wanted to try a class and all he kept telling me was this one class was canceled. Been boxing for years and go regularly, so I guess they just don’t care about new customers.

I have only been going to Jabs Gym for a short while, but so far I have really enjoyed it! What I like most is they offer a variety of classes for all different skill levels, and for different types of fitness goals. If you are unsure if this is right for you, they also offer a GREAT intro package to try it out before you fully commit.

Dear Jab’s Gym, THEY COULD NEVER MAKE ME HATE YOU! I love it here! A great variety of high quality classes with some of the most elite instructors I’ve ever encountered. I always feel welcomed when I walk in, and triumphant when I walk out. I’m only able to go a couple days per week, but those days have proven to yield some serious results! instructor was a really insecure chick who refused to make eye contact, speak to me, or acknowledge my presence the entire time from beginning to end. This was my very first class there

Facility is excellent! Sturdy punching bags line the gym, weights, and super clean bathroom and coat rack, changing area. Sounds system knocks and thoroughly enjoy the cardio kickboxing classes with Sher. Look forward to trying out more classes.

I’ve been to many gyms, yoga studios, pilates studios and this one is by far the chillest community I’ve been apart of. The staff are very welcoming at any skill level. It’s a good mix of boxing, HITT, and strength training. You get what you put into it so if you’re looking to build a long term fitness routine this is a great place to start.

Honestly one of the best Gyms I’ve been to. Everyone is also so nice and works with you and anything you may need. Mark, Cornelius, and Khiry are the greatest people there. How they work with each person individually, just makes the whole experience that much better. Def recommend checking it out.

You really need to come to Jabs! It is an awesome experience, it is homegrown and makes working out fun and exciting. All classes from Boxing, HIIT to Rock the Bells (and others) will challenge you and improve your fitness. I think it is a must try and a community gem.

Jabs gym is great for anyone looking for a welcoming and fun environment to get a solid workout in. HIT classes mixed with some strength training, and sprinkle a bit of boxing/bag work on top, rounds out the best workout experience in the area.
