Dear Jab’s Gym, THEY COULD NEVER MAKE ME HATE YOU! I love it here! A great variety of high quality classes with some of the most elite instructors I’ve ever encountered. I always feel welcomed when I walk in, and triumphant when I walk out. I’m only able to go a couple days per week, but those days have proven to yield some serious results! Facility is excellent! Sturdy punching bags line the gym, weights, and super clean bathroom and coat rack, changing area. Sounds system knocks and thoroughly enjoy the cardio kickboxing classes with Sher. Look forward to trying out more classes.

I was looking for a gym close to home after having my son and Jabs Ferndale checked all of the boxes. Friendly and knowledgeable trainers, a welcoming community and it’s very clean!

I’ve been to many gyms, yoga studios, pilates studios and this one is by far the chillest community I’ve been apart of. The staff are very welcoming at any skill level. It’s a good mix of boxing, HITT, and strength training. You get what you put into it so if you’re looking to build a long term fitness routine this is a great place to start.

Honestly one of the best Gyms I’ve been to. Everyone is also so nice and works with you and anything you may need. Mark, Cornelius, and Khiry are the greatest people there. How they work with each person individually, just makes the whole experience that much better. Def recommend checking it out.

You really need to come to Jabs! It is an awesome experience, it is homegrown and makes working out fun and exciting. All classes from Boxing, HIIT to Rock the Bells (and others) will challenge you and improve your fitness. I think it is a must try and a community gem.

Jabs gym is great for anyone looking for a welcoming and fun environment to get a solid workout in. HIT classes mixed with some strength training, and sprinkle a bit of boxing/bag work on top, rounds out the best workout experience in the area.

Jabs has a variety of classes, great instructors, a clean gym, and a great community. The workouts are always fun and the right level of difficulty. I highly recommend Jabs Gym and am so happy it's so close to home for me.

Awesome gym! I have yet to find a gym that felt as “home” since moving. This place is upbeat, kind/friendly, diverse, body positive, GREAT instructors, and also doesn’t feel “cliquey” 10000/10 recommend this place! Love the HITT classes and kickboxing.

The workout classes are perfect, 45 minutes means no excuses that you don’t have time! I love coming here and getting the workout I need three days a week with Mark, a great instructor. Best deal in town too!
