This was a great experience I called the day before didn’t know if they would or could help me. I spoke to Julia she set everything up got the authorization approved with my insurance set up an appointment the next day for 1:00. I couldn’t believe it I called the day of the appointment Julia told me to come in at 1:00. I was there at 1:00 they sent me to the back office Dr. Baumgartner gave the injections I was leaving at 2:00 I couldn’t believe it. This was a great experience. The pain management office on 4747 Bellaire. Where I came from if I had an appointment you wouldn’t leave from that office within 3- 7 hours. I couldn’t never get an appointment for the next day. Julia gave me an appointment for the next day. I’m so excited/glad I changed Dr’s. I’ve been there 4 times and have saw the doctor and on my way home within the hour. This office has structure and timely they care for the patients. Hopefully this never changes thank you Dr. Baumgartner and staff I appreciate all of you!

This place is amazing. They have reduced my pain immensely caused from a birth defect that i have been told for 30yrs that there was nothing that could be done. Well Dr Baumgartner had the answer. Staff is great. Never have to wait long. Dr Baumgartner and his right hand lady NP Allison, are the best. Both listen to you, are patient with you, don't rush you out, give you many options of treatment. I always make late day appts and their personality and attitudes are still awesome. Won't go anywhere else.

After being told by a surgeon in 2022 that spine surgery wasn't an option for me, I was referred to Dr. Edward Baumgartner. I was initially skeptical about chronic pain management, but Dr. Baumgartner and his exceptional staff have completely changed my perspective. Dr. Baumgartner is incredibly intelligent and genuinely compassionate. Moral of the story: I started here in 2022 and I am still walking! Five stars all the way!

After moving from Virginia, I was looking for a new Pain Management doctor and was lucky enough to find Dr. Baumgartner! He has helped me bring my pain levels down on a scale of 1-10, to 2 or 3. I haven’t felt this good in a very long time! I appreciate all he and his staff do for me and would highly recommend him! He is kind and caring and has a wonderful bed side manner!
