Was having issues with my plumbing since the morning, 03:30am to be exact! Called two different places that offer 24 hour emergency calls. One place I called 4 times and LVM stating it was an emergency! And it’s now 20:40pm and still no call back! Came across- Baxters Plumbing LLB Plumbing LLC, approximately at 17:30pm and Caleb with absolutely no hesitation asked a few questions and said “yep, I can fix that. Give me about 30-45 minutes” and he’d be on his was over! Mind you he was about to just have dinner with his family and still had to make a 30-35 minute drive! He came out assessed the problem and thoroughly explained the situation to my husband and I, and got the job done! It took no more than 45 minutes maybe an hour! Suggested a few things to help in the future! I’m so very grateful and thankful for him coming out of his way to look at the problem and fixing it, while about to have dinner! That’s what I call amazing customer service and someone who prides himself with his work! I will definitely be calling him again if needed and absolutely recommend to all! Had him come out a few days ago and he was amazing! Really easy to talk too and didn’t push on just replacing like all the other companies. I have had him out at my house so many times i told him to just put a mailbox up over here! He always comes through for us. We purchased a home last year and had so many plumbing amd draining problems. And he was refered to me from a good buddy of mine. I gave him a call he was out here in no time! Fast forward a few minths later and he has completely redone the entire water lines, drain lines etc under our home. Cant say enough about this place. This is an awesome family owned business! LLB PLUMBING has done several things at my house including, replacing my kitchen sink, installed toilets, repaired my dishwasher & hot water heater.
