I contacted The Home Systems after we had talked to a few other HVAC Contractors. Fernando Romero from The Home Systems contacted me on a Saturday and asked if he could drop by around 4:30. Our ac had died on 3 days before while we slept and woke up to the smell of something burning. Thank you EPFD for showing up and making us feel at ease. Tax dollars well spent on these wonderful men and women. Fernando showed up with a small presentation showing us ac options and financing options. Our home was hot and he was dressed up to go out with his wife. Yet he took his time and explained everything in detail in our very hot and humid home. I set up an install appointment for Tuesday at 9:30 and Fernando was here about 20 minutes early. His team showed up minutes later and they got to work. They did a lot of work. Fernando, Chris, David, and Caesar are a great team. Chris, David, and Caesar did the install and it was a lot of work. Yet they never slowed down. All of them were very professional and respectful. We never talked to the crane contractor. But they had a great attitude and did a great job. I would give these gentlemen 10 stars if I could. Thank you and God Bless.
