I needed a bunch of small jobs doing in my house, sockets moving, pullcords removing and replacing with switches etcShaun was super reliable at responding, organised to come out and quote and turned up exactly when he said. He was also prompt at answering any questions that I had.On the day again Shaun turned up on time. He was super respectful and insisted on cleaning everything really thoroughly, helping me get furniture covered to protect from dust. He was also great with my dog who loved him!Ran into a few unexpected problems due to the previous house owner doing a lot of bad DIY, which Shaun rectified. Everything was completed and he didn't mind staying a little late to get it all done which I appreciated. Will definitely be using again next time we need an electrician.Also (sadly) worth mentioning, as a woman needing a tradesman, not once did I ever feel condescended or patronised, Shaun was very polite and friendly and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way, so if this is something you are concerned about I would definitely recommend going with them. We called shaun out as we wanted rid of the pull chord lights in our hall way so we could have ordinary light switches. The job proved rather difficult. After the multiple issues we came across Shaun found a solution to remove the awful pull chords. He also fitted some LED lights for us which we are over the moon with.
