After being let down by several electricians I am honestly so impressed with Shaun. Fantastic communication, very easy to talk to and reassured me we’d finally have ceiling lights after several months without after we lost a live cable. Called to confirm times, showed up exactly when he said he would and his work is tidy and spot on. It’s proven hard to find an honest reliable electrician but he is exactly this. Will never call anyone else again and will be booking him in for more works needed. Genuine guy and can’t recommend highly enough. 5*

Had a little issue with some trunking where the adhesive failed so gave Gerrards Electrical Solutions a call to ask if he could help sort it his schedule was absolutely full but he didn't let me down and came round on his way home from work and fixed it no problem I've never had a single bad experience with this company and nothing has ever been to much trouble much appreciated Shaun Gerrard your an absolute legend.

Called about an emergency issue and received information about when he would be able to arrive. Also received updates that he was going to be a bit earlier then expected. Came and fixed the issue promptly and professionally. Would absolutely use him again. Excellent service.
