SO thankful for the deep cleaning job Mabel, Emily and Ruby completed at our house yesterday! They arrived right on time, and got right to work. Top to bottom our house is clean and sparkling- never could have done this myself. I recently used Maid in the USA for my move in/deep cleaning. The house is very old with a lot of unique features. Mabel and Julia did a great job for giving everything a good initial wipe down. They were on time, very pleasant and hard working. I would actually rate a 4.5 star instead of 5. I would have preferred a different cleaning solution used on the kitchen sink and shower hardware as they looked dull and had water spots. We’ve had the same cleaning gal for the last 20 years at the house we are moving out of and our kitchen sink and shower hardware always sparkle without one water mark left behind (she uses Comet on these items). I was overall happy with the move in service and plan on scheduling bi-weekly cleanings with Maid in the USA. Less

I found Maids in the USA on Google. Checked out the reviews online and I loved what I saw. I add the appointment originally in November but rescheduled twice for the appointment due to personal reasons. I spoke with the owner and he was very understanding about my situation. He explained the pricing for my apartment to be cleaned. Appointment day happened, the cleaners showed up and worked in the apartment for two hours as described. The apartment looked great and super clean! 10/10! Less

Maid In The USA (MITUSA) had a great response time! Owner Rich worked with our busy schedule and got our requested services completed as quoted on our requested date. Good pricing for the deep cleaning and the cleaning technicians used quality, great smelling cleaning products and have quality equipment/tools! The 4.5 star rating was for a couple of details that MITUSA missed that we were used to receiving from the cleaning service we’ve used in our old house, and they had slightly lower prices but paid extra attention in specific areas of our home when deep cleaning. We booked another appointment to try MITUSA again to get to 5-star next time. Less
