Samuel Rodriguez and his team did a great job ! All workers were professional and attentive. The work site was kept organized and clean. Not a spec of debris remained on our property. Our turn of the century (19th) farmhouse was constructed with little framing, similar to a typical barn. The team worked around this challenge and delivered a beautiful project. The appearance of the finish product was much better than I expected. Fearing that although the addition of siding would ensure the building's survival, it would come with a significant aesthetic comprise. The fear was unfounded !

Most Contractor’s tried to talk us out of things or questioned what we wanted to do but not Sam. He said he wanted to make whatever our vision was happen. He took notes and delivered a very fair estimate VERY FAST. I look forward to doing business with them in the near future.

He dropped everything for me. He showed up early next day and took measurements for all the work I wanted done. (20 plus things to measure and give estimate) He was on time, friendly, thorough and efficient. He promises me an estimate before end of day. I have no doubts that he will come through for me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away from this company total scammers. Hired to do dry walling and paint for a remodel in Olivenhain. This company employs slave labor from Tijuana, they show up random times and left whole house and garage open on 3 occassions and that was just the beginning. They were hired to skim cote our wall smooth they pop corned the whole freeking house looks like stucco. Owner agreed to fix and they sprayed the whole house again with the same crap. Total con artists with illegals coming and going at all hours. Recorded owner Sam saying he knows he screwed up and would refund most of job. Never happened he is a con artist stay clear of this company!

I had a leaked at my apartment and needed repair of drywall and paint. Sam did an amazing job. It was done perfectly and as promised. He is efficient and kept his word on schedule and was very accommodating with my schedule. Great guys and did a fantastic job! Thank you guys. I called AZ Home Repair and the owner gave the appointment to come over and see the work that I need it to be done he gave me the estimate the same day they started the next day and finished in one week but you know the good thing I was doing a refinance and the lender with the appraiser denied the refi and they did the work and after the work was done I was able to finished my refinance this guys are great very honest and professionals I would use their services again and again Thank you AZ Home Repair
