We bought a new home and had 494 repaint the inside, refinish and extend hardware flooring on the main level, and install new carpet in the upstairs before moving in. They were very efficient, stuck to the timeline provided and did quality work. Chad was super responsive. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

They put carpet in bedrooms and stairs. I looked at a few places before hiring 494 to do the job. They did an excellent job. The first floor looks like new. The stairs were done with care and look fantastic. The original carpet was not done nearly as well. I would definitely recommend 494 painting flooring; they were very professional and kept me informed all the time.

I hired 494 Painting and more to do a large painting project that included painting the entire main floor, all window and floor trim and paint a staircase. I can't say enough about this company. They were so easy to work with, did a fantastic job, and very professional. They completed all work on time, kept me informed about each step, and even did an exceptional job with cleanup. 449 Painting Flooring and More just completed a kitchen cabinet refinishing job in January 2025 for our 22 year old oak cabinets. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and the job they did was excellent. They were competitively priced. We will be using them again later this year for some additional interior wall painting in our home. We highly recommend them.
